Normally, you should be able connect your scantool with our software without needing any additional drivers. However, if your scantool is powered, connected to the computer and vehicle but is not recognised by the EasyObdII Software then use our Driver Installer. The Driver Installer can be found by logging into your account on this website and look for the file 'Drivers' under 'Your Downloads'. If you continue to have problems please contact us.
